County Government-Located multiple electric billing errors and obtained refunds totaling $17,600; reduced long distance costs by more than $9,000 and local phone charges by more than $12,000 per year.

Window and Door Manufacturer-Found charges for 21 unused circuits in addition to other telecom billing errors. Obtained credits of more than $30,000 and ongoing annual savings of $20,000.

Paper Mill-Discovered charges for phone circuits that had been disconnected more than 10 years and negotiated a refund of $112,000.
